The facility was very clean. Staff were very nice. Loved the free popcorn. The room was great, bed was comfy, loved the verity in soft/hard pillow choices. Weirdly I loved the lounge chair by the bed. Was very comfy to read a good book and relax. Cleaning staff was super nice and understanding. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The location is grand. Cracker Barrel just across the street; however, there are plenty of restaurants around. The location is so close to I-24 which is great form my coming from the Nashville Airport. The location made everything so very convienient for me. I love the setup of the check- in area, it’s very inviting.

Did not eat breakfast! I was given 2 adults rewards for breakfast, but didn't use. My room was very clean, but needed more wash cloths. 2 adults and 2 children in my party. One front desk staffer saved the day for me! If it wasn’t for her kindness, my family would have been uncomfortable for the night. She upgraded my room and gave me the breakfast rewards. The other front desk attendant was not flexible, maybe she was new. I was traveling with 2 children and it was very late.

Breakfast was great. The staff was great. It was clean and the food was fresh. Some hotels offer breakfast, but you have to pay. Really they weren't worth the price they charged.

Attention to detail. The floors were immaculate. The decor was sleek and comfortable. The lighting was great and plenty of plugins for electronics! The staff were friendly and helpful!!

Everything was wonderful. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the fact soft and firm was on the pillowcases was most helpful. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave.

The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The breakfast bar had great choices and offered more than other hotels.

The property was very clean which is a huge deal with my family having someone who is germaphobic and OCD. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly, the facilities were quiet and had signs asking guests to keep it down after 9 out of respect for all guests. Will definitely stay here again
